Empath in Mauritius
This article is not on my website menu list and the only way you land here is either I sent you the link are you are too curious that you google to know more about ENFJ in Mauritius.
I Because initially I thought I was alone, during my counselling and coaching sessions I met a lot of different types of individuals I found out we have alikes.
Do you feel like an alien in this world?
GOOD NEWS! We are not alone!
The reason and the inspiration for this article came after have a deep conversation to another empath INFJ, yes, Mauritian. How cool is that?
And, we are so rare that chances are that the one who inspired me to start “this mastermind" actually is YOU! So thank you.
Okay, who I am to talk like that?
In short, After a decade of working in some of the top advertising agencies in Mauritius and got earned all kind of good compliments, I felt like a void inside me.
To the world, it seemed I had it all figured out for myself. Being know as an award winning Art Director, my days with phone calls, meetings, executions. All that in the hope that all this could bring me towards a higher status in my corporate career.
Slowly but surely I was accruing success and kept running after shiny objects. However, inside, I felt empty every second of the day.
It was kind of a self-inflicted pain. It was then when I decided to find out more about this inner pain. But I could never talk about it to anyone. Either they won’t understand or make fun of me.
I felt I was lied to and I couldn’t take it anymore.
I felt alienated.
ENFJs are driven by a deep sense of altruism and empathy for other people. They have an intuitive sense of the emotions of others, and often act as an emotional barometer for the people around them. However, their compassion not reserved for the people close to them: they are often humanitarian in nature, and may feel genuine concern for the ills of the entire human race. They tend to personally experience the feelings of others, and feel compelled to act when they see people suffering.
ENFJs want close, supportive connections with others, and believe that cooperation is the best way to get things done. They like to be liked and are very sensitive to feedback, both positive and negative. They expect the best not just from themselves, but from others as well, and may find themselves disappointed when others are not as genuine in their intentions as the ENFJ. ENFJs work hard to maintain strong relationships, and strive to be valuable members of their families, groups, and communities.
Welcome to the club!
If you read so far, you are probably one INFJ or an INTJ or may be an ENFJ , certainly and introverted intuitive type because I personally know how we feel like an empty can if we are not on a quest to our purpose, having meaning a fulfilling life…
